About

Alleycat is a neighborhood cocktail bar in Waco with a focus on serving classic cocktails in an accessible and friendly environment. We believe that the bar is a gathering space for our community, and insist that there is a cocktail for everyone. We are passionate about community engagement, world-class hospitality, education, and taking care of the Wacoans on the other side of the bar, in addition to those with whom we work side-by-side. We look forward to raising a glass with you soon!

We were founded in 2023 by Waco bartenders Hayden Smith and Ivonne Villarreal. While we await the completion of our permanent location, we are ready to bring Alleycat to you in the form of mobile bar catering and custom classes! Please visit our events tab for more information.
